PAVA SYSTEM IN HOTELS

The applications of PAVA IVO are not limited only to alerting in the event of threats (e.g. fire), although this is undoubtedly their basic functionality.
They can also be used in many other ways, e.g. as:

  • broadcasting centre
  • sender of advertising mesages
  • providing background music in facilities

PAVA can also be integrated with other systems, e.g. PA or AV, which allows for joint use of PAVA installations and loudspeakers. Such a wide range of additional functions of PAVA systems allows you to combine several sound systems in one.

The specificity of this type of facilities is not only rooms, they usually include restaurants, bars, conference rooms, gyms, swimming pools or SPAs, i.e. places where the comfort of guests is a priority. In each of these zones, the investor may require a separate sound system, where appropriate background music or information messages will be broadcast.

PAVA IVO, in the appropriate configuration, will also allow the organization of parties, shows or other events in zones intended for this purpose.

The system can easily handle both the sounding of several zones separately and the broadcasting of general information messages.

PAVA – IVO has a modular structure, which allows it to be adapted to the facility as precisely as possible. Thanks to this architecture, it has only the elements necessary and personalized for a given project, without unnecessary components (for example, an excess number of speaker line cards or external audio inputs).

The PAVA IVO also has a number of additional possibilities, such as connection with entire systems, AV, PA or BMS.

Devices such as audio players can be placed both in the PAVA system cabinet, further increasing space saving in the room, and in a room such as a reception desk, customer service point or security room. This functionality gives complete freedom when designing the facility and at the same time does not limit the investor or other industries in any way.

PAVA INTEGRATION – EXAMPLE MODULES:

WAA card – providing connection of an external audio source to the PAVA system. Such a source may be an audio player, but also a TV or projector, which will allow the image to be synchronized with the sound from the speakers included in the PAVA.
Integration of PAVA IVO with the BMS system - such a connection is implemented using the RS-485 data transmission standard. The signal input needed for such a connection is located on the back of each PAVA central controller (KG-ETH or KG-ETH-MAR).

SENDING MESSAGES USING PAVA:

  • WAA card - connecting a microphone as an external source
  • KKO card, enabling the connection of one or several wide range of microphones (MI, MA and MAR series) dedicated to the PAVA IVO system.

This solution usually works better than the WAA card, because the microphones allow you to deliver a message only to the selected zone or zones, which is not possible when using microphones from other manufacturers. Additionally, each of the MI, MA and MAR series microphones has the ability to connect an external audio source, which allows us to control the playback of background music from the microphone.
