In accordance with Article 13(1) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), we hereby inform you that:
The controller of your personal data is ""pAudio Technologies"" Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Szczecin at Majowa 2, 71-347 Szczecin, registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court Szczecin - Centrum in Szczecin, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000730746, REGON 380158057, NIP 8522644982 (hereinafter referred to as: PAUDIO).

PAUDIO processes personal data provided by you when placing orders for services and goods offered by PAUDIO. The basic scope of this data includes: first and last name or company name, VAT identification number, registered address, contact details (mailing address for postal correspondence, email address, phone number).
To the extent necessary for the performance of the contract concluded by you with PAUDIO, as well as necessary for PAUDIO to take action at your request, and also necessary for PAUDIO to fulfill its legal obligations and for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by PAUDIO (detecting and preventing abuses, establishing, defending, and pursuing claims, creating summaries, analyses and statistics, verifying creditworthiness, handling complaints and notifications, technical support, financial settlements, including issuing accounting documents) - the processing of your personal data is based on legal provisions, i.e., Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR, without the need for your consent to process your personal data. In other respects, your personal data will be processed based on the consent given by you.
PAUDIO is authorized to transfer your personal data to third parties (hereinafter referred to as: PAUDIO Subcontractors) to the extent necessary for the proper and due performance of the contract concluded by you with PAUDIO. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred to PAUDIO Subcontractors based on the data processing agreement concluded between PAUDIO and PAUDIO Subcontractors. In addition, PAUDIO is obligated to transfer your personal data based on binding legal provisions, including at the request of competent courts, authorities, and institutions.
Your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA.
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract concluded by you with PAUDIO, for which your personal data is processed, and after this period until the expiration of the limitation period for claims arising from the contract concluded by you with PAUDIO. However, your personal data recorded in accounting documentation will be stored for the period specified in applicable legal regulations, including regulations.
Subject to the limitations arising from the GDPR and other legal provisions, you have the right to access the content of your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time if the processing is based on your consent.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority within the meaning of the GDPR if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal provisions.
To the extent that your personal data is collected based on legal provisions, i.e., Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the GDPR, failure to provide all required personal data depending on the circumstances may result in the refusal of PAUDIO to conclude a contract with you or may constitute an obstacle or difficulty in concluding or performing a contract by PAUDIO. To the extent that your personal data is collected based on consent, providing personal data is voluntary. However, your refusal to consent for marketing purposes or withdrawal of this consent will prevent PAUDIO from informing you about new offers and.
You will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing of personal data, including profiling."
