Presentation of the IVO system including, among others, system characteristics and construction, its features, parameters, advantages, configuration options and equipment selection.
Obtaining basic information about Voice alarm systems and installations, especially IVO Head unit and its technical capabilities.

Practical workshops. The rules of correct installation, configuration, commissioning and programming of the system. Principles of maintenance and service of operating systems.
Obtaining and supplementing the knowledge of the installer, enabling proper installation and / or maintenance / servicing of IVO systems. Obtaining the manufacturer’s authorization.
